48 hours notice is appreciated but not always necessary.

Preparation
Hot pick ups should be served upon arrival to your event.

Cold pick ups should be refrigerated until served. Items take 15-60 minutes to reheat in a preheated oven. Ovens can vary greatly, so check your food regularly. Insert a knife into the food; once the knife comes out hot, the food is ready to be served.

Salads should be dressed just before serving. This is the best method to keep the greens from wilting.

Things to know

1) If you want something that is not listed on our catering menu, ask if we can prepare it for you.

2) As a full-service restaurant, we may not be able to prepare a hot order during high volume times.

3) Due to fluctuating food prices, our prices are subject to change without notice.

Pick Up

Please be on time for your pick up.

Depending on the time of your pick up you can park in the lot behind the restaurant. There is street parking available in front of the restaurant.

**IMPORTANT** Please have your car ready to receive your order. Plenty of flat space in the trunk is best. Some items cannot be placed on an angle.
