FAQ and General Information

1: Whether you’re hosting a big party or just can’t get enough of our caesar dressing, we are here to accommodate you. Contact us at 215-230-9100 with your catering needs.

2: A minimum of 48 hours notice is greatly appreciated, but not always necessaryit depends on what is ordered and the size of the order.

3: A half tray feeds approximately 8-10 people. A full try feeds approximately 16-20 people

4: Pick up can either be hot or cold - the choice is yours. If you choose to pick up your food hot, the prepared food should be served immediately or placed in chafing dishes with lit sternos. Arranged like this, the food will stay warm for approximately 2 hours. If you choose to pick up your food cold and heat at home, it should be refrigerated immediately. We recommend allowing at least 1 hour to heat the food.

Heating Guidelines with oven set to 350 degrees:
Meat entrees – 35-50 minutes
Pastas/Lasagnas – 40-50 minutes
Vegetables – 25-35 minutes
Potatoes/Rice – 35-45 minutes
All times are approximate. Oven can vary greatly! Be active and check your food regularly.

5: Salads are prepared with the dressing on the side. They are to be tossed together just before serving. This is the best method to keep salad fresh and not wilted.

6: Please allow sufficient time to pick up, pay for, and arrange your order in your car.
